Change for Europe is our main campaign is for the European elections coming up in June. ECOSY will be campaigning alongside its member organisations on the following 9 deliverables:

9 deliverables for 2009

• 15 million new jobs by 2014. End poor working conditions for young people.
• More social security; high quality public health care, education and life-long learning.
• Eradicate poverty. National minimum incomes and wages.
• No unnecessary bureaucracy. Build a citizens' Europe. Take decisions together with young people.
• Better integration and tackling the root causes of migration.
• Equal rights: No more discrimination based on gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnic or social background, or religious beliefs.
• A sustainable life style. Polluters pay extra "green" taxes. Environmental responsibility is rewarded.
• No more unilateralism: reform global governance and disarm peacefully.
• Decent work for all. End the global financial crisis and regulate fair globalisation.
